A great experience! Place is very clean, and the vibes are totally relaxed with soft lighting throughout. Men's changing area is very large and did not feel crowded. Lots of different options to get hot (the Banya was the hottest), and lots of different pools at different temperatures. You only need to bring your swimsuit/swimming shorts and water bottle - they give you towels (unlimited!) and slippers/flip-flops. There are small plastics bags available for your shorts when you are finished. Highly recommend! Look for off-peak slots for cheaper entry - the cost is quite high at peak for a day pass.

I had a great experience at the Bathhouse Flatiron. I spent a weekend day there. The spa was active and busy, but there was always space available in hot tubs, saunas, and cold pools. Food in the café was absolutely delicious and the menu was small, but perfect. Full body massage with Shane was outstanding. The quality of the massage was excellent as well as communication from him during the treatment. Hammam scrub treatment with Nas was great. If you haven’t experienced this, highly recommend! I would absolutely go back and would be curious to see what it’s like on a weekday.

Had a fantastic experience with the cold plunge and other pools. It’s a vast space so it doesn’t feel congested. The steam room was amazing. John, Ryan and Troy were exceptional and made us feel welcomed and excited to experience the bath house. I will definitely return when I visit the city again.

I had the most fantastic massage at Flatiron Bathhouse yesterday with massage therapist Daniel Mackenzie. He was so kind, professional, skilled and intuitive. A true healer. I cannot recommend him enough. It was also lovely to stay afterwards and enjoy the spa. I especially loved the Quiet Area, which allowed for maximum relaxation. Thank you Daniel and thank you Bathhouse!

Such an awesome experience. Could spend all day bopping from sauna to cold plunge to warm bath. It’s 100% worth getting a massage while here - I was lucky enough to receive a treatment from Shane. He was very receptive to my tight muscles and created an extremely relaxing environment. The massage was both therapeutic and while also working deep tissue. His pressure was firm but not painful. Highly recommend requesting him for your next treatment!

I got an 80-minute deep tissue massage from Shane yesterday and it was honestly the BEST massage I’ve ever had. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and immediately pinpointed areas where I was holding tension that I didn’t even realize. The pressure was perfect and he worked through everything so thoroughly. What really stood out was his post-massage consultation. He took the time to explain which muscles were tight and even gave helpful advice about breathing and areas I should work on. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and understands the body on a deeper level. On top of that, his demeanor is calm, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The spa itself was amazing too. The saunas, baths, and steam room were incredible. I especially loved that there are showers throughout so you can cool down between rooms. The steam room ended up being my favorite part of the facilities. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. If you’re booking a deep tissue massage, definitely ask for Shane. I will absolutely be back. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars lol ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute oasis hidden in the middle of the city. You can stay as long as you like so I would recommend arriving earlier and enjoying some quieter hours before It starts to fill up a little more around 10am. Clean and quality services, great pools and well kept saunas. Design is beautifully minimal with tasteful and aesthetic lighting, helpful staff and a great playlist. So good we came back again before leaving for the airport. Would totally recommend to anyone for any occasion! 10/10

I came here with my friends for my birthday, we had a fun relaxing time. The staff were kind and welcoming, the venue is amazing and very clean. We went on a Monday and it was not busy or overwhelming. We all had treatments and my full body massage was amazing, the lady who assisted me had hands of a goddess 🙌🏾. My friends really enjoyed their hammam scrubs, the hot pools etcc... was relaxing. I would defintely visit again on my next trip to New York.

I have been to a lot of spas in metro NYC area. Banya’s are my absolute favorite! With that being said; Bath House Flatiron location is on a completely different level. The experience at check in alone had me hooked. You are cordially welcomed, your QR code is in your email. Wherein you do not need to speak with a live person. Love the check in experience with the extra large tablet on the wall, wherein you get a bracelet that controls your locker, and purchases in the cafe. No need to worry about cash. From the second you walk down that sleek, dimly lit entrance, you will feel like you are being transported out of Manhattan and into a futuristic wellness sanctuary. The design is stunning—dark, moody, and incredibly clean. I spent most of my time rotating between the thermal pools, the cold plunge is an experience I highly recommend. With meditation I lasted 2 minutes submerged to my chin. This was not always the case. It took patience, and deep breathing. The saunas are perfect, loved the infrared sauna, dry sauna, and steam room. The staff is professional, attentive, and they manage the flow of people perfectly so it never feels overcrowded. Yes, it’s a bit of a splurge, but for the quality of the facilities and the pure relaxation you get, it’s 100% worth it. Can’t wait to come back! Pro-tip: Weekends are busy.
